Job Title Manager Company AJ Architects Location Thalassery Kerala Experience Required Minimum 5 years Qualification MBA preferably in Operations Finance Marketing HR Project Management Job Summary AJ Architects is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead day-to-day operations oversee project coordination and support business growth The ideal candidate will have strong leadership communication and organizational skills with prior experience in managing teams and operations in a professional services or construction architecture-related industry Key Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow within the firm Coordinate with architects engineers clients vendors and project teams Manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation Support business development activities including client acquisition relationship management Implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and productivity Handle financial planning billing follow-ups and cost control in coordination with accounts team Lead and supervise administrative support staff Prepare progress reports MIS reports and performance reviews Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations Represent the organization in meetings negotiations and client interactions Required Skills Competencies Strong leadership and team-management skills Excellent communication interpersonal skills Project management problem-solving ability Proficiency in MS Office project tracking tools and documentation Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Knowledge of architecture construction industry preferred Eligibility MBA from a recognized university mandatory Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial or operations role Experience in architecture construction real estate sector will be an added advantage Salary Benefits Competitive salary based on experience skillset Performance-based incentives Professional growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
