Subject Matter Expert SME Company Overview At Kachhua Solutions Private Ltd through our brand fotonVR we are dedicated to transforming education with immersive Virtual Reality VR solutions We focus on providing innovative VR classrooms pre-loaded with curriculum-aligned content enabling students to engage with learning experiences deeply With a growing global presence we are expanding our impact and looking for passionate individuals to help drive our educational revolution fotonVR based in Patan Gujarat has been recognized for its contributions to education by the Government of Gujarat and the Government of India including prestigious awards such as the National Award at the e-Governance National Conference 2020 We are operational in countries such as the UK Australia Canada and France and aim to continue expanding our reach to deliver high-quality education using cutting-edge technology Job Overview As a Subject Matter Expert SME at fotonVR you will play a crucial role in developing creating and refining educational content to be used in our immersive virtual reality experiences You will work closely with content developers and animators to ensure that the content aligns with educational standards and enhances student learning outcomes This role requires a deep understanding of subject-specific curriculum and a passion for innovative educational practices Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development Collaborate with educators to create immersive curriculum-aligned content for virtual reality education Content Review Refinement Ensure that educational materials meet the learning objectives and are accurate and up-to-date Subject Expertise Provide subject-matter expertise in your field Science Mathematics Social Science etc and ensure that content aligns with the requirements of various educational boards NCERT CBSE IB etc Collaboration with Creative Teams Work closely with animators 3D modelers and technical teams to ensure that educational content is accurately represented in the virtual environment Research Innovation Stay updated with the latest trends in education and technology to improve and innovate the educational content continuously Quality Assurance Review and test virtual reality lessons to ensure they meet high educational and technical standards Required Skills and Qualifications B Sc M Sc or B E degree in a relevant subject Science Mathematics Social Science or similar fields At least 1 year of teaching experience with strong pedagogical skills Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Strong knowledge of educational standards and curriculum frameworks for grades 1-12 Knowledge in curriculum development instructional design or educational content creation Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them engaging for students Excellent collaboration skills especially when working with cross-functional teams Passion for innovation in education and using technology to enhance learning Perks Benefits Professional development and growth opportunities within a fast-growing ed-tech company Comprehensive training programs to ensure success in the role Collaborative innovative and mission-driven work environment If you re an expert in your subject area and are passionate about using technology to revolutionise education we encourage you to apply Join us in shaping the future of learning at Kachhua Solutions Private Ltd Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
