Responsibilities - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate positions. - Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and university connections. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update the recruitment database and track candidate progress. - Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives to promote the company and attract talent. - Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
