Note Specific mandatory skills Trade Life Cycle Knowledge Reconciliation Experience range 6-12 months Open to considering fresher candidates Yes No YES Open to considering relocation non-local candidates Yes No NO Contract duration 31st Dec 2025 Contract duration is 6 months extension would be done post 31st Dec 25 Shift timings EMEA hrs - 12 30 PM to 9 30 PM should be open to other shift timings as well Number of days work from office 5 Preference of hiring only diversity candidates Yes No No Description The Clearing and Settlement Analyst is accountable for managing the end-to-end clearing and settlement process ensuring smooth and timely matching of security trades between the bank and its counterparties This includes clearing and settlement through primary and secondary markets or direct payment to clients and banks The Clearing and Settlement Analyst supports interfaces with different internal and external stakeholders front office clients brokers nostro agents exchanges and clearing houses involved in the clearing and settlement process chain according to the market standards The role is responsible for trade date to settlement date processes pre-matching and confirmation trade processing cash transfer instruction routing depot and inventory management funding and settlement monitoring and post-settlement date processes fails management Core responsibilities Investigation of trades if any discrepancies and should reach out to respective teams custodians for necessary corrections Escalating to custodians to understand on the discrepancies on the feed received Preparation of daily and monthly reports for outstanding trades breaks on a timely basis Preparation of monthly KPI and Give up fees report Ensure team adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLA Ensure that all queries first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified Ensure healthy and harmonious relationship with the clients partner teams as well as with own team Experience Exposure Strong analytical skills Fluency in Microsoft Office skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Exposure to Equity and Bonds is preferable Understanding of Trade life cycle Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
