Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Architect with expertise in healthcare architecture, including hospital design, medical planning, and large-scale medical clinics. The role involves coordinating with MEP, Structural, and medical consultants, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and leading a small team (5-6 people). Candidates must have completed at least one full project cycle and possess strong project management skills.

Experience: 5+ Years

Responsibilities

- Healthcare planners & medical consultants coordination, Clinical & non-clinical space requirements
- Project documentation & regulatory approvals
- Hospital & medical clinic interior design
- Site visits & progress monitoring
- Medical planning standards and guidelines adherence (e.g., NABH, JCI, or other local/international standards)
- Team management & mentoring
- Integration with existing healthcare infrastructure

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in medical planning, hospital interiors, and large-scale healthcare facilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
