The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems along with excellent communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lubrication systems and mechanical solutions. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. - Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical discussions with customers. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide post-sales support. - Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. - Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and sales activities in CRM. Required Skills & Competencies - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and lubrication systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications. - Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Ability to travel for client meetings when required. Qualifications & Experience - B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or industrial product sales. - Experience in lubrication systems or industrial automation (preferred).
