E M will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical and mechanical E M works for metro projects This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in E M systems project execution and stakeholder coordination The candidate will ensure the successful delivery of E M systems adhering to quality safety and project timelines while meeting international standards Job Duties Project Oversight Lead and manage the execution of electrical and mechanical works for metro projects Ensure all E M activities are carried out in compliance with project specifications standards and timelines Design Review Coordination Review and approve E M designs drawings and technical specifications Coordinate with design consultants contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of E M systems Installation Testing Commissioning Supervise the installation testing and commissioning of E M systems including HVAC power supply lighting fire detection and other related systems Ensure proper functionality and integration of E M systems with other project components Quality Assurance Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards Identify and address any deviations or non-conformities in E M works Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in E M activities Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for E M-related matters with clients contractors and consultants Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders Progress Monitoring Reporting Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on E M activities for senior management Identify potential delays and implement corrective measures to maintain project schedules Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians involved in E M works Foster a culture of excellence innovation and continuous improvement within the team Qualifications Graduate degree in Engineering Electrical Mechanical or related field Additional Information Minimum 15 years of total professional experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in metro projects focused on E M systems Proven expertise in managing large-scale E M works including installation testing and commissioning About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees Depending on your employment status AECOM benefits may include medical dental vision life AD D disability benefits paid time off leaves of absences voluntary benefits perks flexible work options well-being resources employee assistance program business travel insurance service recognition awards retirement savings plan and employee stock purchase plan AECOM is the global infrastructure leader committed to delivering a better world As a trusted professional services firm powered by deep technical abilities we solve our clients complex challenges in water environment energy transportation and buildings Our teams partner with public- and private-sector clients to create innovative sustainable and resilient solutions throughout the project lifecycle -
