Angara is seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Merchandiser to drive the optimization of our online shopping experience and maximize conversion rates. This role is essential in enhancing the presentation of our fine jewelry collection across the website, ensuring that every customer journey is seamless, engaging, and leads to successful transactions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ecommerce, merchandising, and customer behavior, coupled with a passion for luxury products and storytelling. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5+ years of professional Jewelry design experience Proven experience designing for USA/International jewelry brands or e-commerce Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in manual and digital sketching Ability to work independently without daily supervision Strong understanding of global jewelry aesthetics, structural feasibility, and cost awareness Skills & Qualifications Manual Sketching - Expert-level Conceptualization - Strong, with customer-first design logic Procreate (iPad) - Advanced CorelDRAW - Advanced Adobe Illustrator - Advanced USA Market Trends - Mandatory Highly creative with attention to micro-level detailing Strong ownership and proactive work approach Up-to-date with international trends, competition, and customer preferences Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environment Passionate about innovation and storytelling through design Key Responsibilities Concept Development & Design Develop original, trend-driven jewelry concepts tailored to the USA market (bridal, engagement, fashion, men’s). Conduct research on international consumer preferences, cultural styling relevance, and seasonal trends. Create design collections aligned with brand identity and commercial goals. Manual Sketching & Visualization Expert in hand-drawn jewelry illustrations with high precision and detailing. Ability to convert design briefs into refined sketches for internal review and production. Digital Design & Rendering Transform sketches into digital formats using Procreate, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator. Ensure accurate stone placement, proportions, and finishing quality in digital outputs. Prepare presentation-ready design concept sheets for merchandising
