Join us in shaping the future of connectivity How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn - Design and implement end-to-end customer solution architectures, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and validate solutions that utilize Nokia and third-party products. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customer-specific architectures and regional requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored and relevant. - Apply architecture standards and processes to uphold the technical integrity and quality of solutions over time. - Lead small teams and projects, managing resources effectively while overseeing day-to-day operations and addressing staff management issues. - Utilize advanced analytical skills to address complex challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve service delivery. - Act as a mentor and advisor to team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development within the organization. - Engage with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts, negotiate operational issues, and promote new practices and approaches.
