- Network Development- Identify potential distributors, and dealers in target markets. Negotiate contracts and agreements with international stakeholders to establish business relationships.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and local government bodies, to enhance market penetration and collaboration.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of European regulations and standards for electric vehicles, ensuring all operations, sales, and products comply with local laws and safety standards.

Skills Required:

Experience:

Required:

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including drivetrain, suspension, and electrical systems. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment for both traditional and electric vehicles.
- Experience working on electric vehicles, including battery maintenance and electrical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
- Export documentation usage & understanding
- Strong business sense, strategic thinking & problem-solving capability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to distributors and customers.
- Coordination & Influencing skills.
- International Market Distribution Channel understanding of automobile segment.
- Financial acumen

Preferred (additional skills that would be a plus):

- In-depth product knowledge of electric two-wheelers
- Understanding of go-to-market strategies
- Experience in the electric two-wheeler segment
