Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern

Location: Remote | Duration: 3 Months | Stipend: Negotiable

Were building Milana, an event hosting and community platform that connects people with interest-based gatherings. From creators to community builders, hobbyists to professionals, Milana helps users organize and discover real-world meetups, workshops, and events across metro, Tier-1, and Tier-2 cities.

Role Overview:

Were looking for a creative, trend-savvy Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to amplify Milanas online presence, craft thumb-stopping content, and engage with vibrant communities. If you live and breathe Instagram reels, LinkedIn posts, and digital trends this role is for you.

What Youll Do:

* Be the voice of Milana on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and beyond.

* Create scroll-stopping content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, graphics).

* Spot and ride trending hashtags, memes, and viral moments (with a professional touch).

* Execute growth-focused campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and engagement.

* Track insights (reach, engagement, conversions) and turn them into actionable strategies.

* Collaborate with the business team to align marketing with growth goals.

What Were Looking For:

* Pursuing/Completed degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.

* Strong grip on social media platforms & digital trends.

* Creative mindset with design/content skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).

* Excellent communication & storytelling ability.

* Passion for startups, events, and digital branding.
