- Prior experience in roles like software development, system engineering, IT project management, or solution architecture is crucial
- Strong understanding of various technologies, including cloud computing, networking, security, databases, and software development frameworks.
- Good functional understanding of Retail Branch Banking or ability to quickly pick it up is essential.
