Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to promote the programs and services of our Paramedical Academy The ideal candidate will be responsible for field-level outreach student lead generation relationship building with local institutions and executing marketing campaigns to enhance student enrollment and brand visibility Key Responsibilities Promote the academy s paramedical and healthcare training courses in schools colleges coaching centers hospitals and other relevant institutions Generate leads through field visits seminars and education fairs Conduct student counseling sessions to explain course offerings career opportunities and the benefits of paramedical education Build and maintain strong relationships with local influencers community leaders education agents and healthcare professionals Distribute marketing materials such as brochures posters and flyers in target areas Organize and coordinate on-ground promotional activities like awareness drives medical camps and career guidance sessions Track and report daily field activities leads generated and feedback from potential students Support digital and offline marketing initiatives as required Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field 2-4 years of experience in field sales marketing preferably in education sector Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet lead generation and conversion targets Basic computer knowledge Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
