Job Title Head Chef Location Dehradun Experience Required 10 years About the Role We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Dehradun The ideal candidate will bring strong culinary expertise proven leadership skills and the ability to craft exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality consistency and hygiene Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning food preparation and presentation Develop creative menus in line with market trends and customer preferences Ensure adherence to quality taste and hygiene standards across all dishes Manage kitchen staff through effective training scheduling and performance monitoring Control food cost inventory and wastage while maintaining profitability Collaborate with management on seasonal promotions and special events Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen safety standards Build a culture of excellence teamwork and continuous improvement within the culinary team Requirements Minimum 10 years of culinary experience with at least 3-5 years in a senior Head Chef role Strong expertise in multi-cuisine menu creation and execution Continental Indian Asian preferred Proven ability to manage and mentor kitchen teams effectively Strong knowledge of kitchen operations inventory and cost management Passion for innovation creativity and delivering outstanding customer experiences Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills Education Degree Diploma in Hotel Management Culinary Arts or equivalent preferred Compensation Competitive salary based on experience plus benefits
