Product Designer (UI/UX) Department: Product Location: India — Bangalore or Pune (Remote) Experience: 5–8 years About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Product Designer (UI/UX) to shape the next generation of enterprise-grade digital products at the intersection of HR services and SaaS platforms. This role focuses on transforming complex, workflow-heavy systems into intuitive, human-centric, consumer-quality experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design scalable solutions used by internal experts (recruiters, coaches) and external users (candidates, employees, enterprise clients). This is a hands-on role with real ownership—from discovery to final handoff.
What You’ll Do Human-centered design - Translate complex business logic and AI-driven workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences - Design products that drive adoption, efficiency, and engagement across global users UX research & problem solving - Conduct UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points - Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions Information architecture & wireframing - Define clear information architecture for complex products - Create user flows, low- to high-fidelity wireframes, and journey maps Rapid prototyping & testing - Build interactive prototypes quickly using modern design and AI tools - Run usability testing, synthesize feedback, and iterate rapidly Visual & interaction design - Execute high-quality visual design using typography, color, layout, and hierarchy - Design thoughtful interactions that feel efficient, intuitive, and polished - Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems Collaboration & delivery - Partner deeply with product managers and engineers to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals - Prepare detailed design specs, prototypes, and documentation for smooth developer handoff Continuous improvement - Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices - Actively use AI tools to improve design speed, creativity, and outcomes What Success Looks Like - High-quality designs delivered end-to-end, from ideation to production - Clear, consistent design systems adopted across products - Measurable improvements in usability, efficiency, and user satisfaction - Meaningful contribution to the launch and growth of digital platforms What We’re Looking For Required - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent - 5–8 years of experience designing web or mobile products at scale - Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) - Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems - Experience working in iterative, feedback-driven product environments Nice to Have - Understanding of JavaScript frameworks and modern web application patterns - Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (production-quality is a plus) - Experience designing complex enterprise or workflow-heavy products Why This Role - Solve real, complex problems with global impact - Design products used daily by thousands of professionals and candidates - High ownership, high trust, and strong product influence - Remote flexibility within India Write to namitha@careerxperts.com to connected
