Role Overview:
We need a tech-savvy, sales-friendly Customer Care Associate to manage inquiries, build relationships, and gently drive conversions via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Business, and Wix. Youll be the bridge between our brand and customers, blending support with subtle sales flair.Youll be the voice of our brand, resolving queries, guiding customers, and fostering loyalty through empathy and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, social media, and calls.
- Guide customers on product selection, usage, and benefits (training on products will be provided).
- Resolve complaints with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Order Management:
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns/refunds as per company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Feedback & Engagement:
- Collect and document customer feedback to share with the product team.
- Encourage reviews, testimonials, and social media engagement (e.g., tagging, UGC).
Brand Advocacy:
- Educate customers about our natural ingredients and brand ethos.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products politely.
CRM & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team (e.g., technical/product team).
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service (e-commerce/wellness brands preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in [English/ Hindi / Any Regional Language].
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about natural wellness.
- Basic tech-savviness (Google Sheets, CRM tools, social media platforms).
- Sales-friendly tone: Ability to recommend products without being pushy.
Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of Ayurveda/natural skincare/haircare.
Experience with WhatsApp Business & Instagram.
