Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute growth strategies focused on revenue generation and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Identify and research emerging markets and evolving customer needs.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to explore new business opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively promote our products and services, anticipating and addressing client objectives.
- Prepare and manage sales agreements in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, and invoicing.
- Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to clients.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers, content partners, regulators, payment providers, technology firms, and promotional partners.
- Mentor and develop entry-level sales staff into high-performing team members.
- Clear understanding of the Sales Funnel and convert Leads to Sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within Digital Marketing or Gaming sectors. Fresh graduates with a strong aptitude for learning are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in customer support is advantageous.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Pipedrive.
- Strong command of English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the gaming market is desirable.
- Ability to build rapport, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields (BSc/BA/MBA).
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.
- Participation in national and international gaming events to enhance the company's brand visibility.
- Proactive management of social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and others.
