We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and control processes within our metal and plastic manufacturing facilities The ideal candidate will ensure that products meet specified standards comply with industry regulations and satisfy customer expectations This role involves managing quality teams implementing quality systems and continuously improving processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency Key Responsibilities - Develop implement and maintain quality management systems QMS aligned with industry standards such as ISO 9001 ISO TS 16949 or AS9100 - Oversee inspection and testing procedures for metal and plastic components to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances - Lead root cause analysis and corrective preventive actions CAPA to address quality issues - Collaborate with production engineering and supplier teams to resolve quality problems and improve manufacturing processes - Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes facilities and suppliers - Manage quality documentation reports and records to ensure compliance and traceability - Train staff on quality standards procedures and best practices - Monitor key quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure compliance with safety environmental and industry regulatory requirements Qualifications Experience - Proven experience as a Quality Manager in metal and plastic manufacturing environments - Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 ISO TS 16949 or similar - Familiarity with metalworking and plastic processing techniques including casting machining molding extrusion etc - Experience with quality inspection tools and techniques CMM gauges visual inspection - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent leadership and communication abilities - Bachelor s degree in Engineering Materials Science Quality Management or a related field certifications like CQE Certified Quality Engineer are a plus Preferred Skills - Knowledge of metallurgy and plastic materials properties - Experience working with suppliers and vendors - Familiarity with statistical process control SPC and Six Sigma methodologies - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Job Type Full-time Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
