Job Description Greetings from BUZZWORKS Business Services Pvt Ltd We are hiring for our client a leading Industrial Equipment / Machinery (MNC Company) Position: Service ENgineer Experience: 2 - 5 years Qualification: Diploma - Mechanical, B.E - Mechanical Location: Chennai Interview Walkin: 12th Dec 2025 Interview Time: 10 AM - 4 PM Location: TVH Beliciaa Towers, Phase 1, Main Road, MRC Nagar, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600028 Job Description : 1. Manage a regional service operation 2. Creation of opportunities by positioning the right product, based on those needs. 3. Manage the after-sales service processes from installation and commissioning of new equipment, to handle warranty period service processes and activities. 4. Handle customer objections and complaints. 5. Support the regional sales team for pre-sales and to achieve new and repeat business. 6. Manage Dealer Network across West/North. 7. Supervise and direct all dealer activities; including direct services sales comprising of annual service contract, parts sale, etc. and conduct periodic dealer reviews for process adherence Critical Competencies for the Job: 1. Service Domain Knowledge for absorption chillers. 2. Good Communication and stake holder management. 3. Good in Follow Up and moving the lead towards its closure. 4. Good Team Member and ability to work with cross functional team 5.
