This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru, at a pre-seed/seed stage company founded by IIT Delhi/Wharton/INSEAD alumni with leadership experience at Bain & Company.

Role Description

We are looking for someone to lead engineering across the customer facing platform, inventory/store management system and delivery architecture.

In addition to being responsible for leading the engineering architecture and building the team, you will also be a key voice in the overall company strategy across all domains.

Qualifications

- Full stack development experience
- Proven track record of building and scaling products
- Past experience of managing a team
- Past recruitment experience
- Experience in a startup environment; 0-1 experience is a big plus
- Awesome communication skills
- Willingness to work in an uncertain environment
