Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experiencedSEO Specialistwith strong expertise inWordPressto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and implementing on-page/off-page SEO strategies. This role requires a blend of technical SEO knowledge, content optimization, and WordPress site management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website structure, content, and landing pages for SEO best practices.
- Manage and update the company's WordPress websites, ensuring SEO-friendly design and functionality.
- Perform regular site audits to identify issues related to crawlability, indexation, and technical SEO.
- Build and manage backlinks strategy while ensuring compliance with white-hat SEO practices.
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO requirements are integrated.
- Monitor, track, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with proven results in improving organic rankings and traffic.
- Strong expertise inWordPress website managementand plugins (e.g., Yoast SEO, Rank Math).
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Proficiency inGoogle Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Atlas,or similar tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic level preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with local SEO, schema markup, and mobile optimization is a plus.
