Job Description - Prepare, review, and submit accurate tax returns including income tax, sales tax, payroll tax, and other applicable taxes - Ensure timely and compliant tax filings in line with statutory deadlines - Analyze financial data and business operations to create effective tax planning strategies - Identify legal tax-saving opportunities and assess associated risks - Conduct research on current tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure accurate interpretation and application - Represent the organization or clients during tax audits and assessments by preparing and submitting relevant documentation - Maintain organized and up-to-date tax records and documentation as per regulatory requirements - Collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and complete tax reporting - Perform periodic internal tax compliance reviews and recommend corrective actions where necessary - Manage tax matters related to cross-border transactions, including transfer pricing and double taxation agreements - Support the development of tax-efficient strategies aligned with business goals - Communicate with clients regarding tax advice, updates, and legal changes impacting their business
