Experience: 10 years to 14 years Location: Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bhuwaneshwar, Bangalore Note-Virtual Interview on 27th Nov 2025 Interested candidates can send their resume on below mail ID along with below details- geethanjali.u@tcs.com Please share below details- Full Name: Email: Contact Details: Total Experience: Current location: Preferred location: Relevant Experience: Notice Period: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Current Company Name: Education or career gap (if any): EP Reference Number (if already registered with TCS) – Highest Qualification: Highest Qualification University Name: Your responsibilities: - Design Non-Functional test strategy and workload model to meet project NFR's. - Design and implement solutions to evaluate and improve performance and scalability. - Identify and address performance bottlenecks and provide suggestions to increase load and performance of applications. - Implement, monitor, and maintain continuous integration testing using CI/CD pipeline to identify performance issues early. - Use monitoring tools to help diagnose, improve, and resolve performance issues. - Share observations and propose solutions and suggestions for performance improvements in the applications. - Report key performance indicators (KPIs) / Performance metrics and trends of automated scripts to the test management tool. - Regularly provide updates to the engineering, quality engineering, and product management teams. Essential skills/knowledge/experience: - Overall 10+ years of experience in IT industry with minimum 5+ years in energy/ utilities industry. - Hands on experience with performance testing tools JMeter, LoadRunner, Neo Load. - Hands on experience with performance monitoring tools AppDynamics, Azure Appin sight, Dynatrace. - Having experience in monitoring complex cloud infrastructure. - Strong understanding of testing methodologies and exposure to test management tools JIRA / ADO. - Degree in electrical engineering/computer science/ Software engineering or related field. - Excellent communication skills. - Proven ability to deliver in high-pressure, multi project environments.
