Job Description

Key Deliverables:

1. Ensure optimal health, integrity, performance, and security of MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and other databases.
2. Develop and maintain data categorization, movement, archiving, and purging scripts.
3. Provide day-to-day support to internal IT groups, external partners, and customers, including troubleshooting.
4. Manage database backup and recovery procedures to ensure data availability in the event of disaster.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high data quality and availability.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB instances, ensuring monitoring and maintenance.
3. Participate in change and problem management activities, including root cause analysis and knowledge article creation.
4. Administer outsourced database services for basic monitoring and administrative tasks.
