Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Examiner, located in Chennai. The Title Examiner will be responsible for examining title reports, reviewing deeds and title opinions, conducting title searches, and ensuring accuracy in the chain of title. Additionally, the Title Examiner will manage escrow processes and support the overall title and settlement process. Qualifications - Proficiency in Title Opinions and Deeds - Experience with Escrow processes - Skill in performing Title Searches and Chain of Title analysis - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Experience in the title or mortgage industry is a plus
