Your Role Mission Mission To provide professional experience to the customer with respect to Project Engineering and Execution of their order by way of To ensure the highest standards of safety reliability and efficiency in all electrical and instrumentation systems Driving innovation optimizing operational performance and fostering sustainable practices By leveraging advanced technologies and adhering to industry best practices to contribute to the seamless production and delivery of energy resources supporting the industry s growth and its critical role in global energy supply Main Responsibilities Design and develop electrical and instrumentation systems for Vacuum Pumps Compressor Skids Study client specifications related to Electrical Instrumentation scope prepare technical query list closure of the queries in discussion with client internal team Selection of Gauges Transmitters best suitable for the vacuum skids as per client requirements Selection of Motors Junction boxes Control Panels cabling Cable trays cable conduits glands etc Technical support for Ordering of all above bought out items from various domestic global suppliers Support Project Design Engineer for within skid Instrument Cabling layout Preparation of documents like Instrument Hook up drawings I O List Instrument Index Cause Effect Charts Junction Box Wiring diagrams Cable Schedule Logic Diagram etc Resolve the client comments get the client approval on E I related documents Conduct technical assessments provide recommendations for improvements to electrical and instrumentation systems Stay updated with industry trends technologies and best practices related to electrical and instrumentation engineering in the vacuum industry Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues at Edwards factory at site Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations within the industry Comply with Safety Rules Regulations and OSHA Requirements To succeed you will needKnowledge Educational requirements Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited college or university Fresher or 3 years experience working in an engineering department E I stream preferably in Oil Gas Industries Knowledge of preparation of technical documents in packaged skids e g Pump Compressor Skids Steam Turbine skids Lube systems etc Sound Knowledge of Instruments Gauges Transmitters Junction boxes Panels cabling etc Good knowledge of E I international standards like IEC IEEE NEMA IS ISO EN API etc Knowledge of hazardous certification like PESO ATEX IECEx FM CSA GHOST-R etc Proficiency in Auto-CAD is must Knowledge of E-Plan software will have added advantage Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including communication teamwork and ability to handle multiple tasks at one time WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player Excellent communications co-ordination skills Ability to plan and organize effectively as well as set priorities Must be an independent self-starter with excellent organizational A person who complies with our DNA Interaction - Innovation-CommitmentIn return we offer you An inviting family-like atmosphere Ample opportunities for professional development locally and globally New challenges and opportunities to learn every day A culture known for respectful interaction ethical behavior and integrity Drive your Career Explore Opportunities Realize your Passion Experience to handle complex projects City PUNEAbout EdwardsEdwards is a leading developer and manufacturer of sophisticated vacuum products exhaust management systems and related value-added services Edwards solutions are integral to manufacturing processes for semiconductors flat panel displays LEDs and solar cells They are also used within an increasingly diverse range of industrial processes including power glass and other coating applications steel and other metallurgy pharmaceutical and chemical and for scientific instruments in a wide range of R D applications Edwards has over 4 000 employees worldwide engaged in the design manufacture and support of high technology vacuum and exhaust management equipment Edwards has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Europe Asia and North America
