As an Associate Project Manager at ACT21, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful software projects. You will champion Agile practices, manage risks proactively, and foster collaboration across diverse teams. What You’ll Do: - Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals - Facilitate Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), driving continuous improvement and effective ceremonies - Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders for seamless project execution - Engage in regular client interaction to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide transparent updates - Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project momentum - Support and mentor teams, promoting accountability and a positive work environment What We’re Looking For: - 7–10 years of experience in IT/software project management - Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC - Experience managing projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector - Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Trello - Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing practices - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in product delivery - PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification - Exposure to cloud technologies and enterprise software solutions If you’re ready to advance your project management career in a company that values ownership, agility, and innovation, we invite you to apply. #ProjectManager #Agile #BFSI #ClientEngagement #ProjectDelivery #TechCareers #Leadership
