Job Description Job Profile: Senior Product Manager- Growth & Consumer Experience Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Onsite) Experience: 69 years in product management, with strong experience in B2C products and growth-led impact. We are reimagining the experience of getting things done, from travel to gifting to errands - with no friction, 10x faster execution, and moments of delight that keep people coming back. This role will put you in the driver's seat of how CREW grows: from first-time user to loyal member, by owning the consumer-facing product and growth levers end-to-end. We Have Early PMF Signals, But The Next Frontier Is Accelerating User Growth, Engagement, And Retention While Keeping The Experience Magical. You'll Be The PM Who Ensures CREW - Attracts the right customers. - Activates them into their aha moment fast. - Keeps them coming back with increasingly personalised and valuable experiences. This isn't just growth hacking - it's building a sustainable, scalable growth engine rooted in deep consumer understanding. What are we looking for - 69 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in B2C products. - Proven track record of driving measurable growth (activation, engagement, retention, or revenue). - Deep consumer empathy - you can understand motivations, anxieties, and triggers that drive behaviour. - Data-driven mindset - fluent in funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, and product analytics. - Experimentation DNA - you're comfortable shipping quickly, learning fast, and iterating relentlessly. - Exposure to AI-powered products or a strong interest in leveraging AI for personalisation and growth. - Strong collaboration and storytelling skills to align teams around growth priorities.
