Site Visits: - Participate in site visits to gain practical experience and to ensure construction aligns with approved designs. Learning and Development: - Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development. - Participate in internal training sessions and stay updated on industry trends. Communication: - Effectively communicate with team members, providing support in project discussions and presentations. - Collaborate with senior architects to understand and implement project goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. - Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software. - Strong understanding of architectural principles and design processes. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
