Position: Digital and AI Solutions Specialist

Qualification: 10+ years of experience in building AI and advanced analytics solutions in industry or research.

Minimum Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in building AI and advanced analytics solutions in industry or research.

Strong skills in:

- NLP, computer vision, time-series forecasting
- Data analysis, modeling, pre-processing
- Python, Jupyter, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ideation, use case design, and AI value assessment

Able to:

Drive digital transformation by identifying and leading high-impact AI/ML use cases.

Develop and deploy scalable AI models (including LLMs and GenAI) for applications like:

- Conversational analytics
- Market insights
- Process automation
- Intelligent documentation
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and business teams to turn ideas into working solutions.
- Champion responsible AI, ensuring models are explainable, governed, and aligned with safety standards.
- Work cross-functionally with data engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to embed models into real-world workflows.
