If you're passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team. - Maintain and update the global career framework in Workday, including job profiles, levels, families, and salary ranges. - Partner with HR, Compensation, and Talent teams to document and implement new/updated roles. - Configure, test, and validate changes within Workday Advanced Compensation, including salary structures, merit cycles, bonus plans, and ranges. - Conduct regular data audits to ensure system integrity and compliance with governance. - Support reward cycles by preparing, validating, and publishing compensation data. - Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for career framework and compensation needs. - Provide consultation on compensation policies, job architecture, and regional requirements for the U.S. and India. - Collaborate with HRIS colleagues to implement new functionality, system upgrades, and integrations. - Respond to inquiries on compensation structure and job framework We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
