Come grow with us Job Responsibilities: - Provides training and instruction to Human Resources and leadership as appropriate in the day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. - Collaborates with business in the analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process both existing positions and newly created positions, performing job audits as appropriate. - Partners with Manager, Global Compensation to roll-out the Annual Merit Review Process and Annual Incentive plan. - Participates in salary surveys and analyses data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally. - Researches and analyses competitive compensation practices in the job market; contributes to established compensation surveys and/or develops implements custom surveys as appropriate. - Assists and collaborates, as appropriate, in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the annual salary review program. - Works with Human Resources as appropriate to assist client management with organizational structure development, job design, and related issues. Qualifications - 3+ years of global compensation experience. - Individual contributor that is fully proficient in applying established compensation standards. - Will provide technical expertise, drive compensation projects, planning and daily compensation requests. - Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports. - Ability to devise, design, and implement customized compensation surveys. - Knowledge of career development and career laddering concepts, principles, and processes.
