contractor management Manage relationships with vendors contractors and service providers Negotiate contracts evaluate vendor performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality services within established budgets and timelines Budgeting and cost management Develop and manage budgets for facilities and real estate-related expenses including rent CAM maintenance utilities and capital projects Monitor costs identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial targets are met Customer tenant service Oversee and manage customer service operations to ensure high-quality customer support and
