Join us in helping leading Consumer Products and Retail Services (CPRS) organizations unlock the value of technology and drive scalable, sustainable growth. ---------------------------------------- Your Role As a Data Intelligence & AI Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced data platforms and AI-driven solutions. You’ll collaborate with presales, delivery, and client teams to architect scalable systems using Databricks, MLOps frameworks, and cloud-native technologies. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities - Architect and design data intelligence platforms using Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake. - Lead MLOps initiatives to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring. - Collaborate with account teams to understand client challenges and propose AI-driven solutions. - Support presales activities including RFP responses, solution presentations, and workshops. - Integrate data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics into business applications. - Ensure solutions align with client goals in retail, supply chain, and consumer product domains. - Stay current with trends in artificial intelligence, data science, and cloud computing. - Contribute to internal capability building and knowledge-sharing initiatives. ---------------------------------------- Your Profile - 6 - 9 years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML solutioning, and cloud platforms. - Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, and Python/R. - Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management. - Experience in presales or client-facing technical roles is a plus. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. ---------------------------------------- Why Join Us - Flexible work options and a supportive environment for work-life balance. - Inclusive culture with diverse professionals committed to excellence. - Access to continuous learning and certifications in AI, cloud, and data technologies. ---------------------------------------- About Capgemini At Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world’s most innovative companies unleash their potential.
