Position: Dean – School of Law Location: Rayat Bahra Professional University, Hoshiarpur About the Role: Rayat Bahra Professional University is seeking an experienced and visionary academic leader for the position of Dean – School of Law. The Dean will provide strategic leadership to strengthen academic excellence, research, and institutional growth within the School of Law. Key Responsibilities: - Provide academic and administrative leadership for the School of Law. - Develop and implement curriculum in line with BCI and UGC guidelines. - Promote quality teaching, research, publications, and student development. - Supervise faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation. - Build strong industry, legal, and academic linkages for placements and collaborations. - Ensure adherence to statutory and accreditation standards. - Represent the School in university-level and external committees. Qualification & Experience: - Ph.D. in Law with a distinguished academic record. - Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience, including 5 years in a leadership or administrative role. - Strong understanding of legal education, research practices, and regulatory frameworks. Skills Required: - Excellent leadership, academic planning, and communication skills. - Proven ability to manage faculty teams and drive academic innovation.
