Your role - Develop and implement knowledge management policies, processes, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and document knowledge. - Review, validate, and update knowledge base content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Manage the organization's knowledge management platform (e.g., ServiceNow, Confluence). - Align knowledge management practices with ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management. - Promote a knowledge-sharing culture across teams and departments. Your profile - 4+ years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in an ITIL-aligned environment. - Experience with ITSM platforms and knowledge tools. - ITIL Foundation Certification (required or preferred).. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
