Job Description Role: Jr. Creative Strategist (Associate) Company: Epigroww Global Location: New Delhi (On-site) Experience: 02 Years (Freshers welcome) About the Role: We are seeking a Jr. Creative Strategist who understands the intersection of creativity and performance marketing. You will research what makes ads convert and translate that into actionable creative briefs. You must understand the psychology behind a scroll-stopping ad. Key Responsibilities: - Performance Strategy: Develop creative strategies specifically for commerce and performance-based accounts. - Competitor Research: Analyze competitor ads to identify winning angles, formats, and visual dimensions. - Scriptwriting & Copy: Write compelling ad scripts and ad copy that utilize strong hooks and direct-response principles. - Creative Analysis: Review ad performance data to understand which creatives are driving results and why. - Metric Awareness: Use knowledge of creative metrics (Hook Rate, CTR) to refine future strategies. Requirements: - Proven experience or strong portfolio in copywriting or scriptwriting. - Strong understanding of Hook-based advertising and Direct Response marketing. - Knowledge of creative metrics is a massive bonus.
