Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Work on helping the event coordinators to execute the event successfully
- Work closely with the senior members who will coordinate the campaign, and evaluate and measure the performance
- Brainstorming and implementing the event plans and concepts
- Designing day-to-day event schedule & execution
- Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
- Managing vendors & procuring materials for event execution
- Working on cold calling
- Gain exposure to event planning by assisting in the logistical coordination and execution of events.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall event experience for children and families.
