Job Title - Flutter Mobile App Developer

Work Model - Remote (Full Time)

Job Summary-

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Flutter Mobile App Developer with 4+ years of mobile development experience and a proven ability to build and deploy cross-platform apps for Android and iOS. You’ll be working independently or in collaboration with a small team to create scalable, user-friendly mobile apps that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities -

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Flutter applications for both iOS and Android.
- Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive and maintainable Flutter UI.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
- Take ownership of the full mobile app lifecycle — from planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Proactively identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders.
- Use Git for version control and manage codebase collaboratively.
- Stay up to date with Flutter best practices, tools, and mobile app development trends.

Required Skills and Experience -

- 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years with Flutter.
- Proven delivery of at least two Flutter apps to production on both Android and iOS.
- Strong skills in Dart, Flutter, and state management libraries (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
- Ability to work independently and drive features from concept to deployment.
- Solid experience integrating REST APIs, managing local storage, and handling app state.
- Good understanding of mobile architecture, debugging, and optimization.
- Proficient in using Git for source control, branching, merging, and pull requests.
- Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and mobile analytics tools.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of automated testing in Flutter.
- Understanding of app store submission guidelines and deployment processes.
