Hiring QAD Techno-Functional QAD Techno-Functional Developers across Developers midlevel (4–6 years) and senior (8–10 years) levels.

Experience Required: 4 to 10 Years

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and deploy, develop, and deploy custom functionalities custom functionalities using Progress 4GL / OpenEdge within QAD ERP.
- Lead or contribute to enhancements to enhancements, integrations, and module rollouts in QAD SE/EE environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions.
- Develop batch jobs, custom reports, and user-defined screens.
- Handle data migration, technical specifications.
- Develop batch jobs, custom reports, and user-defined screens.
- Handle data migration, technical specifications, and system documentation, and system documentation.
- Architect scalable solutions, mentor solutions, junior developers, and manage full-cycle ERP projects.

Required Skills:

- 4–10 years of hands-on experience with Progress 4GL / OpenEdge and QAD ERP modules (Manufacturing , Finance, SCM).
- Deep understanding of QAD customization, database schemas, and application logic.
- Proven experience with QAD Web UI, .NET UI, qXtend,or Web Services
- Experience with QRF integrations, and architectural design.
- Knowledge of OOABL concepts, cloud deployments, or multi-entity rollouts.
- Exposure to TypeScript and advanced interface development.
