You will be responsible for designing scalable full-stack applications, leading development teams, and ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities with user-friendly interfaces using Python and React technologies Desired Skills -Must-Have • Backend: Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js • Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 - Full-Stack Development Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered financial applications with seamless integration between Python backend services and React frontend interfaces. - AI Integration Architect and implement integration patterns for AI/ML models, LLM services, and conversational AI systems within web applications. - Team Leadership Mentor development teams, establish coding standards, and drive technical excellence while ensuring timely project delivery. - Azure Cloud Development Design and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using Azure services with focus on security, performance, and compliance for financial services. • Azure Services: Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure • Relevant experience of software development experience with leadership responsibilities • Strong proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) • Extensive experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+, TypeScript) • Experience with Azure cloud services and API development • Knowledge of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL) • Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles • Experience with AI/ML integration and working with data science teams • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
