Nuclios is our decision intelligence platform that helps enterprises accelerate development of custom product Some applications that are already powered by Nuclios are Market mix modelling promo simulation modelling and conversational assistants for insights Nuclios comprises of accelerators across decision support data and AI along with enterprise grade platform governance We want to significantly upgrade Nuclios offerings and are seeking an experience leader to head the platform engineering team This individual will be responsible for building and managing the platform engineering team and driving the architecture scalability and performance of our platform to meet the needs of our enterprise clients The ideal candidate will come from a software development background with extensive experience in enterprise software cloud infrastructure and data engineering The candidate should have grown into a technology leadership role and demonstrated the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex scalable solutions in a B2B environment Department Product Engineering Skills Required Architecture reviewboard Software testing Product Architecture Role Key Responsibilities Platform Strategy Architecture Own the vision architecture and roadmap for Nuclios platform Make critical decisions around technology stacks frameworks cloud infrastructure and tools to ensure platform scalability security and reliability Understand the unique nature of our platform offerings and make technology choices accordingly Leadership Team Management Lead mentor and grow a team of engineers focused on platform architecture development and performance Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with AI research teams and custom product implementation teams to align platform roadmap and support customer needs Performance Scalability Ensure that the platform architecture is designed to scale efficiently handling large data volumes and multi-user workflows Set up the right processes and governance to ensure platform reliability Innovation Industry Awareness Stay up-to-date with industry trends AI- led disruption and best practices Advocate for the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance the platform s capabilities Security Compliance Oversee the security privacy and compliance aspects of the platform Ensure that platform solutions meet the necessary regulatory requirements particularly in data management and analytics Qualifications Experience 15 years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on building and managing enterprise-level B2B platforms Proven track record of successfully leading platform engineering teams and delivering scalable high-performance enterprise platforms Experience in building data-driven applications and platforms in an enterprise environment ideally focused on data analytics cloud and microservices architecture Technical Skills Hands-on experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and containerization technologies Docker Kubernetes Experience in software development across multiple languages Java Python Scala etc and frameworks Nuclios is built on python Expertise in distributed systems cloud computing and big data technologies Strong understanding of enterprise architecture API design and data pipelines Experience with data storage systems SQL NoSQL data lakes and data processing frameworks e g Spark Hadoop Familiarity with modern DevOps practices CI CD pipelines infrastructure as a code and monitoring alerting systems Leadership Communication Skills Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced collaborative environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field Why Join Us Impact You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Nuclios platform and influencing Mathco s strategic offerings for our customers Innovation Work with a talented and collaborative team that embraces new ideas and encourages experimentation with emerging technologies Growth As we scale you ll have the opportunity to grow and develop your career in technology leadership influencing major decisions and innovations in the platform s evolution We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced high-growth environment and has the passion to build world-class platforms that transform the way businesses use data If you re an experienced technical leader with a vision for scaling data platforms in an enterprise setting we would love to hear from you Years Of Exp 13 to 17 Years Education Qualification Bachelor of Engg Tech Designation Head of Platform Engineering
