Job Title: Consultant Anesthetist Location: [Bharuch, Valsad, Daman, Ankleshwar] Hospital Type: 150-Bedded Super & Multi-Speciality Hospital CTC: ₹18 – ₹35 Lakh per annum (Negotiable based on experience) About the Hospital A leading 150-bedded Super & Multi-Speciality Hospital known for its advanced clinical care, modern operation theatres, and multidisciplinary specialties. Position Overview The Consultant Anesthetist will be responsible for administering anesthesia and providing perioperative medical care to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. The role also involves pain management and participation in emergency resuscitation efforts. Key Responsibilities - Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and determine the best anesthesia plan. - Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia safely and effectively. - Monitor patients’ vital signs during surgery and in the recovery phase. - Manage post-operative pain and critical care anesthesia cases. - Respond promptly to medical emergencies, including cardiac arrests. - Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and ICU teams for patient management. - Maintain proper records of anesthesia and patient data. - Ensure all anesthesia equipment and drugs are maintained and ready for use. - Supervise and mentor anesthesia technicians and junior doctors. - Ensure compliance with hospital safety and NABH / JCI protocols. Qualifications & Experience - MBBS + MD / DNB (Anesthesiology) from a recognized institution. - Valid registration with Medical Council (MCI / State Council). - Minimum 5 years of post-MD experience in a multi-speciality setup preferred. - Exposure to ICU, trauma, and emergency cases desirable.
