Job Title Accounts Manager Location Westdowns - The Heritage Resort Ooty Department Finance Accounts Reports To Managing Director Job Summary The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations at Westdowns This includes managing daily accounting functions financial reporting budgeting cost control and compliance The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IDS software and experience handling accounts in the hospitality industry Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable receivable payroll and bank reconciliation Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports Monitor and control budgets expenses and cash flow Reconcile revenue reports from IDS with physical collections and ensure accuracy Handle audits taxation and liaise with auditors and financial institutions Implement and monitor internal financial controls and procedures Supervise and guide accounting staff ensuring timely completion of all tasks Coordinate with the Front Office F B and Housekeeping departments for revenue tracking and expense management Generate reports from IDS and analyze hotel performance metrics Requirements Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Accounting Finance or related field Minimum 4-6 years of accounting experience preferably in the hospitality industry Proficiency in IDS Hotel ERP software is mandatory Strong knowledge of Tally ERP MS Excel and other accounting tools Sound understanding of GST TDS and other statutory compliances Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines under pressure Job Types Full-time Internship Contractual Temporary Freelance Volunteer Contract length 24 months Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
