We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the education or edtech sector with a passion for helping institutions and individuals find the best learning solutions You will be responsible for driving sales building relationships with clients and achieving revenue targets Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the education sector Client Relationship Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools colleges universities and other educational institutions Identify their needs and present tailored solutions Product Knowledge Develop a deep understanding of our educational products and services including course offerings learning platforms and training programs Lead Generation Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and market research Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients Consultative Selling Provide expert advice and consultation to clients regarding the most suitable education solutions Conduct product demonstrations and presentations Sales Negotiation Negotiate contracts and close sales ensuring alignment with the company s pricing strategy and terms of service Customer Support Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction post-sale Address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of client retention Reporting and Analysis Track and report on sales performance including key metrics such as conversion rates customer acquisition costs and revenue Provide insights to optimize sales processes Market Awareness Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market changes to effectively position our products and services Team Collaboration Work closely with the marketing product development and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals and enhance customer experience Requirements Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative Sales Account Executive or similar role Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience with CRM software e g Salesforce Familiarity with MS Excel analyzing spreadsheets and charts Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations BSc degree in Marketing Business Administration or relevant field
