We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Demand & Supply Planning – Service Engineer to support and optimize our supply chain planning operations. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in Oracle Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Global Order Promising solutions, along with a strong background in supply chain concepts, data integration, and process troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Oracle Demand Planning processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
- Collect and validate data from Fusion and internal systems; identify and resolve data issues promptly.
- Support supply planning processes such as MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning.
- Leverage REST APIs, BIP reports, and supply planning data models to deliver actionable insights.
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end (E2E) integrated planning cycles.
- Resolve complex planning issues, including plan behavior anomalies, data gaps, and reconciliation challenges.
- Oversee quarterly patch testing, validation, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Prioritize and manage incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of planning processes and technical configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Demand & Supply Planning and Global Order Promising solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning methodologies and MRP processes.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, BIP reporting, and system integration.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in data models and system workflows.
