Compensation : 40K-50K INR per month + Upto 50K quarterly performance bonus Location : In-office HSR What you will do: Edit 20+ ad videos for Meta and Google per week Generate ads via AI (Veo3, other AI tools) Work on iterations of best performing videos Support video shoots Plus if you can write scripts Plus if you can record videos. You face should be visible in the video Qualifications Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing Proficiency in Video Color Grading Experience in creating Motion Graphics and Graphics Excellent attention to detail and creativity Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment Experience in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar Experience with AI video production tools is a plus Hiring Process : 1 Assignment, should take 1-3 hours 1 interview, 45 minutes Please apply only if you are really passionate about content and video editing.
