Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Estimation Engineer located in Pune. The Senior Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), preparing and reviewing Rate Analysis as per PWD / CPWD SSR and Current Market Rates, conducting accurate project estimations, and performing civil engineering analyses. The role also includes researching project requirements, collaborating with internal teams, and engaging in effective negotiations with stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with project standards. Qualifications DCE or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Proficiency in Rate Analysis, Quantity Survet and BOQ preparation and project estimation Strong understanding of Civil Engineering principles and infrastructure projects Effective communication and negotiation skills Experience in conducting in-depth research and analysis for project planning Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Prior experience in housing and infrastructure projects is advantageous
