Job Description

The Workday Success Plans team is looking for a highly skilled professional to work directly with customers through targeted micro-consulting engagements to solve business needs using the Workday application. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to act as a trusted Workday advisor, guiding customers through how-to questions, troubleshooting, and configuration support, while also providing feature demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to understand customer questions and relevant Workday concepts.
- Deliver small-scale consulting engagements, providing guidance on configuration, demonstrating features, and sharing best practices.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for optimal product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers, clearly articulating the value and impact of Workday solutions.
- Create and deliver presentations to help customers understand how to use Workday features to meet their business goals.
- Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate customer adoption of Workday features.
- Review customer tenants to identify opportunities for feature adoption.
- Maintain product expertise and Workday certifications, staying updated on new features and industry practices.
- Assist in the creation of new programs to help drive customer feature adoption.
- Perform configuration and business requirement reviews to identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide deployment and configuration support for full deployment of Workday features.

About You:

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of Workday HCM consulting experience on medium to large enterprise HRIS projects or applicable practitioner deployment experience.
- 8+ years of IT implementation experience.

Other Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of HR-related systems and processes.
- Ability to gain expertise in new Workday features, especially in Core HCM and cross-application features.
- Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM Products and deploy solutions effectively.
- Experience working with senior leaders and collaborating on design meetings to achieve collaborative outcomes.
- Proven ability to deliver results within project plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Experience with global implementations preferred.
- Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
