Job Description We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to business growth. Responsibilities - Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals - Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns) to generate leads and increase brand visibility - Monitor ad performance, analyze campaign metrics, and optimize ads for better ROI - Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation - Promote company products and services to prospective and existing clients - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations - Coordinate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and promotional activities - Monitor market trends and competitor activities - Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs - Prepare sales and marketing performance reports and maintain accurate customer records Requirements - Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager - Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions, ROI) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Results-driven and self-motivated - Prior experience in sales/marketing or digital advertising is an advantage
